TaeKwonDo, the art that we practice in Suwanee, GA at UFT headquarters is what we would like to call a "balanced fighting style" and a "Striking Art". TaeKwonDo is defined as the Art of Hands and Feet ;moreover, athletes who practice TaeKwonDo use many kicks which are much more powerful and ranged than punches but still incorporate a large amount of arm techniques as well. Because TaeKwonDo has a wide array of aggressive and defensive fighting styles, it makes for a very useful self defense martial art!
